U-Park System - Monthly Parking
1. Create an account
Sign up in our PermitPoint portal under "Login or Create Account"
Note: Credit card is required to create account but will not be charged until specific lot permit is purchased.
2. Locate specific lot in PermitPoint

Select lot location then, in the pop-up information,
click on the "Use This Location" link.
3. Purchase Parking Permit
Select desired permit and proceed to checkout.
Note: Rates vary by location and type. Some locations have both daily and 24/7 rates available.

At U-Park System, we have limited monthly parking spots available across our locations in Seattle, Tacoma and around the Puget Sound.
Contact us if permits for a particular location appear unavailable in the PermitPoint portal. We can add you to the wait list or offer some close alternatives.
